The turbines are insulated in three phases:
- design
- prefabrication
- montage.
In each of these processes, we have appropriately trained technical staff and extensive experience. Unfortunately, the installation of insulation usually takes place at the construction site, which often causes a number of problems. Often the investor resigne the arrival of a specialised group of insulation fitters and employs unskilled local workers to save money. This has often led to serious mistakes and errors in the insulation coating and, as the consequence the proper technical requirements.are not fulfilled.
Our experience shows that if for some reason it is not possible to carry out the installation by a qualified group, the work should be supervised by an experienced specialist. We found that even a group of unskilled and poorly equipped workers, led by our supervising engineer, had properly insulated the turbines.
